About Scribbly Gum Park

From the wide open field to quiet nooks and cranny’s in the multi-dimensional playgrounds there is plenty to do at Scribbly Gum. The park provides for children of all ages and abilities, their parents and grandparents the opportunities to play, learn and grow together. Children will find a full variety of sensory play experiences on the playground giving each child the ‘just right’ play challenges.

What's in the Name?

Scribbly gum is a name given to a variety of different Australian Eucalyptus trees which play host to the larvae of scribbly gum moths which leave distinctive scribbly burrowing patterns on the bark. These trees surround the park and area.
